Our mission is to empower families through compassionate, evidence-based support that strengthens connection, builds confidence, and creates meaningful progress. We are committed to walking alongside caregivers during periods of growth, transition, and uncertainty, providing practical guidance that fits naturally into everyday family life.

Kayla is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 12 years of experience supporting children and families across home, clinic, school, and community settings. Since entering the field in 2014, she has been passionate about helping families navigate behavioral, developmental, and communication challenges with confidence and compassion.
Kayla holds Master's degrees in both Applied Behavior Analysis and Speech-Language Pathology, providing her with a unique perspective on supporting children and caregivers. Through KVO Behavior Consulting, she partners with families to create meaningful progress using practical, evidence-based strategies that fit naturally into everyday routines. She is especially passionate about supporting caregivers who are navigating periods of transition, seeking additional guidance, or awaiting comprehensive services.
Her goal is simple: to help caregivers feel supported, empowered, and confident as they navigate growth, transitions, and the challenges of daily life.
Growth. Connection. Support.
